Our service won Outstanding Occupational Health Initiative of the Year 2025 in the recent annual awards ceremony hosted by the Society of Occupational Medicine (SOM) at the Royal College of Physicians on Wednesday 10th December 2025.
We were honoured to receive this award from the SOM in recognition of our service. We strive to provide best care to patients from across the UK with a range of occupational lung diseases and to be at the forefront of current and emerging occupational respiratory hazards. Nothing brings this into sharper focus than the current epidemic of silicosis due to artificial stone which predominantly affects young and vulnerable workers. We are committed to taking a responsive, proactive and innovative approach to meet the needs of our patients.
