Justie Mak was one of the PhD students presenting her work at the 2022 Joint Health Protection Research Units Meeting.

She presented her PhD work, which looks at the adverse health effects of exposure to PM2.5 on the London Underground, to the International Scientific Advisory Board.

There was an opportunity for discussion, which provided lots of exciting ideas for future research!
