We aim to share our knowledge across the UK to raise awareness of occupational lung disease through education and training, so that what we learn can help patients everywhere. We run and attend a variety of workshops and events to support these aims, including:
- BTS short courses on Occupational Lung Disease
- Conferences
- Offering medical colleagues to observe our weekly NHS clinic
- "Keeping Up to Date" meetings on occupational lung disease
- Regional training days for respiratory and occupational medicine trainees
- Spirometry training courses, primarily for occupational health colleagues
We also run some bespoke workshops and statistics courses.
