Occ Lung Disease - Question Time

Category: clinical

30 October, 2018

Event description -

After a highly successful pilot in June, we are delighted to announce our next ‘Occ Lung Disease – Question Time’.  Bring us your problems and issues with occupational lung diseases and we will discuss/answer them.  Interesting cases, surveillance, silica, spirometry, diagnostic testing in OLD, metal working, welding ... anything you like – including ‘hot topics’ – so long as it’s lungs.*  Think of it like a GP surgery (without the wait).

  • We will also demonstrate SPIROLA – what more could you ask for?!
  • Our famously delicious lunch and other refreshments will be provided
  • Accreditation currently sought.  Delegates will receive an attendance certificate
  • Maximum 12 places

*    Delegates are asked to submit queries in advance (or bring these on the day), and to be prepared to discuss their topic(s).

A tentative schedule, for illustration purposes, can be accessed here; the queries received will help guide how much time is spent on each specific subject.  The flyer can be accessed here

Suitable for  occupational health practitioners (physicians, nurses and advisors)
